Simple Business Accounting is a simple but handy application that will allow small business owners to manage their own accounting easily without the need of hiring an accountant. The program features a very simple and intuitive, but not very attractive user interface that allows you to easily add and edit incomes and expenses, define income and expense accounts, as well as generate useful and clear reports of your business status.The application is fully customizable and flexible, allowing you to make exactly the bookkeeping you are looking for or need. What is more, all the information stored in the program can be backed up, restored, archived, dearchived, packed, reindexed and erased whenever you want. You can print any report you wish, set a password for the program for more privacy, set the account types and fiscal year, set the mileage rate, select the font, style and size for the reports, edit check layouts as well as buy checks and other supplies over the Internet. The program disappointed me by the fact that it has the button "Help" but there's no user guide or help file for beginners. As for the rest, I think the program is very complete and includes all the necessary options to manage a small business. |
